Control module

Taking the programmable single-chip microcomputer as the core, according to the comparison of the data collected by the detection module and the value of the preset mode, the duty cycle of the corresponding PWM (pulse width modulation) signal is calculated, and then the MCU (micro control unit) performs the serial-parallel conversion and parallel conversion. The PWM signal is output through the parallel port, and then the red and blue light constant current circuit in the fill light module is controlled, and finally, the illumination of the Led Grow Light is changed.

Detection module

Led Grow Light corrects the illuminance value of red and blue light collected by the light sensor using fixed filter and sub-band filtering and calculates the actual illuminance value of plants in photosynthesis. Led Grow Light uses a temperature sensor to detect temperature and collects and averages multiple times to reduce errors.

Fill light module

Led Grow Light takes the constant current drive circuit as the core, uses the driver chip, and connects the PWM signal through the pins for dimming control. The output current can be adjusted by external resistors with different resistance values. Because the pulse width determines the illuminance, the current can be adjusted by adjusting the duty cycle of the PWM signal, thereby realizing the adjustment of the red and blue illuminance.

Communication module

Led Grow Light can use a dedicated wireless communication chip, comply with the IEEE802.15.4 standard, the operating frequency is 2.405~2.480 GHz, the communication chip is connected to the MCU through the SPI (serial peripheral) interface, and the MCU controls the work of the communication chip.

Early warning module

This module calculates the difference between the two adjacent illuminances. If the difference exceeds the change threshold, it means that there is an abnormality. The Led Grow Light microcontroller controls the buzzer to sound and the indicator light to light. When it is normal, the warning module does not respond.
