1. Light control circuit

The Solar Led Light voltage divider is composed of a photoresistor and a 10K resistor R in series. One end of the Solar Garden Light photoresistor is connected to Vcc, one end of the 10K resistor R is grounded, and the other end of the photoresistor is connected. Since Vcc is +5V, when UR ≥ 2.5V, the LED driving current stops working, and the charging circuit starts, otherwise, the charging circuit is turned off, and the Solar Garden Light begins to discharge.

2. Measurement circuit

The voltage measurement of Solar Garden Light adopts the resistance voltage division method, and the measured voltage is introduced into the A/D input port of the microcontroller through the proportional conversion circuit. At the same time, a negative feedback circuit is formed to meet the conditions of virtual short and virtual break. According to the principle of voltage division, the relationship between the battery voltage and Vin is obtained, and it is substituted into the microcontroller software. According to the sampling data, the actual voltage at both ends of the battery can be obtained. A resistor is connected in series to the current path, the measured current is converted into a voltage through the resistor, and the voltage is introduced into the sampling port through the op-amp proportional circuit. Since the operational amplifier is composed of a negative feedback circuit, which meets the conditions of virtual short and false break, it is substituted into the microcontroller software, and the actual value of the measured current can be obtained by reverse inference according to the data sampled by the Solar Led Light.

Software design

The software part of the Solar Garden Light system is mainly charge management and discharge management. The charging module controls the step-down circuit and discharge time according to the signal sent by the light control part, and detects the charging current and voltage in real-time to adjust the pulse signal. When the charging circuit is working, the power supply circuit is interrupted, a low level is an output through the port, and the power supply circuit is in an open state at this time. When the Solar Led Street Light power supply circuit is working, the charging circuit is interrupted, and the PWM duty cycle output through the port is 0, which makes the port output a high level, and the power supply circuit works. The charging circuit uses timer counter 1 as the PWM signal source and has two independent comparison output units. PD7 is used for charging, and its resolution is: RFPWM=log (TOP+1)/log2. Since the precision of the timer counter should not be lower than 1%, RFPWM=7, that is, the precision is 1/128, and the corresponding TOP value is 0x7F. The PWM frequency of timer counter 1 is: ƒPWM=ƒCPU/N (TOP+1). An 8MHz crystal oscillator, timer counter 1 works under 7-bit precision, the counting clock is not divided by N=1, ƒPWM=8M / (127+1) =62.5KHz, the precision, and speed meet the requirements of this system.
