Selection and Design of Parting Surface

According to the Led Floodlight casting structure and parting surface design requirements, the end face of the shell mouth is selected as the parting surface of the dynamic and static molds. Considering the placement direction of the casting, the finished product should be kept on the movable mold side as much as possible. Due to the high temperature of the aluminum alloy of Led Floodlight die casting, its melting temperature is above 650, the heat treatment hardness of the sprue sleeve 15 should be slightly higher. To make the castings smoothly, under the premise that the heat sink does not affect the use, a push-out point is set, and a push-rod push-out is also set on the runner and the overflow bag respectively. The guiding accuracy between the movable and fixed molds is guaranteed by the fixed mold guide sleeve and the movable mold guide column.
